Basic technical support will be provided to ALL customers on any Uniti Power UPS unit, no matter of its age or location.

Product Description
This ultra-reliable UPS features a high power density, true online double-conversion technology, connectivity that is future-proof, and seamless cloud integration. Symphony is an excellent option for IT and facility managers who are concerned about rising energy costs and searching for the power protection solutions of the next generation.
The Symphony series has a unity power factor (kVA = kW) and delivers more power than other comparable UPS systems while reducing energy and cooling costs. Using the user-friendly LCD panel or Uniti Power software, Symphony can monitor and measure energy consumption down to the outlet group level. Due to the optional network card and Uniti Power software suite, Symphony is compatible with the leading virtualization environments and cloud orchestration platforms.

System Protect Software (SPS)
System Protect Software (SPS) is a utility that communicates with the Network Management Card. It logs events, informs users of events, and protects the system to shut down gracefully. With SPS, it can save application data and documents before the system is shut down.
SPS has two major components: SPSService and SPSInterface. SPS Service runs in the background as a system service, and SPS Interface is a user interface application that allows the user to tailor the configuration parameters.

Reliable and user-friendly, the monitoring software from Uniti Power enables easy UPS configuration, remote monitoring and scheduled shutdown and restarts for optimum efficiency. Uniti Power offers all users free access to its UPS monitoring software for the first three months. Those that choose to continue their monitoring support packages will also benefit from an extended six-year warranty and additional services including free labour for battery replacements.
